A short, focused plan for Pronto Catering. Launch Google and Meta advertising for the Christmas and New Year season and grow your private events, plus a website update so changing your Flex Catering menus no longer breaks pages. Clear numbers, no fluff.
You are already a Fresh Digital client, so this keeps it short. Two things: we launch Google and Meta advertising to grow your private events through the Christmas and New Year season, and we update the website so changing your Flex Catering menus no longer leaves broken pages behind. The 12 month ad spend plan below is deliberately cautious and Google led, with December and January lifted for the peak.
Two pieces of work: launch the advertising, and fix the website. Both are handled by the same in-house team and reported in plain numbers.
Both accounts built and launched, with Google Ads as the primary channel and Meta as a measured layer aimed at private events. Ongoing management sits inside your monthly retainer.
Right now, when a Flex Catering menu changes, the matching page on the website returns a 404 error. We remove that fragile setup and let Flex do the job it is built for.
One team. One report. Every channel above is run by the same in-house Fresh Digital team and rolled into a single, plain-English monthly report, no jargon, no smoke and mirrors, just the metrics that show what's working and where your money is going.
A cautious, Google led plan. December and January are lifted for the Christmas, New Year and private event peak. These figures are ad spend paid directly to Google and Meta, separate from our fees and never marked up. They are planning estimates to set expectations, not guarantees, and we adjust to the data.

Seasonal logic: demand climbs through spring, peaks in December with Christmas and New Year functions, and holds into January for summer private events. We keep spend cautious in the quieter months and shift budget to where the enquiries are.
What to expect. Google is where the return sits. On cautious numbers we plan around a 2x return on ad spend across the year, softer in the first six to eight weeks while the account learns, and strongest through the November to January peak when Christmas functions, NYE and private events carry higher order values. We treat Meta as awareness and reach rather than a channel to underwrite a return on, so anything it books is a bonus. The biggest levers on results are how quickly quotes go out, your close rate, and average order value, which the private events focus should lift, and the conversion tracking we set up lets us prove the real numbers and bring cost per enquiry down month on month. These are estimates to set expectations, not guarantees.
A one-off setup fee to launch the advertising, with ongoing management folded into your existing monthly retainer. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to the platforms, with no markup, so every dollar of it goes to reaching customers.
The bottom line. A one-off $1,200 + GST sets up and launches both Google and Meta campaigns. Ongoing management of the campaigns and the website update are covered within your monthly retainer, with no separate management fee. Ad spend of around $1,600 / month on average, higher in December and January, is paid directly by Pronto Catering to Google and Meta as set out in the 12 month plan, and is never marked up by Fresh Digital.
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of GST. The one-off ads setup fee is $1,200 + GST, invoiced on approval. Ongoing campaign management and the website update are covered within your existing monthly retainer, with no separate management fee. Recommended ad spend, set out month by month in the plan above, is paid directly by Pronto Catering to Google and Meta and is not invoiced through, or marked up by, Fresh Digital; figures are estimates and are adjusted to performance. This proposal is valid for 30 days from issue.
